I am looking to borrow a copy of How to Avoid Multidistrict Litigation
and Keep Your Cases in State Court, by Ellen Presby and Erin Anderson.
It is a 2004 publication of the American Association for Justice,
formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and I have
been unable to locate it in any public law library.

If you are willing to lend it, please let me know. We will pay all
    postage, etc.

    Thank you.

    Kathy
