Colleagues --
Seeking any leads to a sample agreement between an American
company and one from South Korea in which the American company grants an
exclusive distributorship to the South Korean company. I have several
samples of ED agreements, but am hoping that somewhere out there is one
addressing any issues possibly raised by the law of South Korea. Long
shot, I know. Thanks.
