I am trying to track down laws for civil fraud in the UK. I have located the criminal statutes (Fraud Act of 2006), but am seeking the civil remedies. I keep finding notations for the common law "torts of fraud" as well as deceit and misrepresentation, but can't find statutory cites outside of the Misrepresentation Act 1967.

Could someone help me parse this out?

    Thanks very much!

    Pam
