Dear law-lib:
We have in our collection A Guide to Preparing Opinions for Publication (22
pp., gray cover) produced by West Publishing Co. in 1981. It looks like the
pamphlet was produced for judges (we got our copy from a retiring judge)
Does anyone know of more recent guidance, in any form, from West or its
successors?
I called Thomson/Reuters. They have no clue.
