It's that time in the academic semester when ALR instructors launch into
legislative history. Oftentimes that requires a Civics 101 lesson to prepare
law school students for the standard "how a bill becomes a law" lecture. As
a PSA, Law Librarian Blog is providing three videos as instructional aids,
including one covering "how a bill becomes a law" in case students need help
