  • Next message: Green, Laura: "[LAW-LIB:56754] Kansas Librarians "Handling Kansas Divorce Cases from Start to Finish""

We are trying to locate a citation from the old original 1943 version of
Appleman's Insurance Law and Practice. This citation appears in a 1969
    reported case:

12 Appleman Insurance Law and Prac. Sec. 7017, p. 47, et seq. (1943) and
    it discusses anti-discrimination.

We still have vol. 12 from 1981 (that also shows a copyright of 1943)
but the page doesn't match the book we have. In our copy sec. 7017 is
    on p. 100.
Does anyone still have the old 1943 edition of this treatise? I know
    this is a long shot.

Absent that, if someone has the 1965 version of the first edition can
you check to see if there is a disposition table that would tell us
where 7017 went at that time. In the 1981 copy anti-discrimination is
    discussed at sec. 7028.

The attorney is adamant that he needs the 1943 version but I am not sure
    we can find it anywhere.

Thanks for any help on this Friday afternoon.
