For Banned Book Week we are trying to find out if a law book has ever been banned.

If you know of such a title, please email me off list.

    Thank you,

    Subject: [LAW-LIB:56734] NY legislation question

Was any version of Spitzer's "Nonprofit Accountability Bill" (described as a mini Sarbanes-Oxley) ever passed? I have searched the Acts, the NY OAG site, some NY charity sites, Google news searches. What I found indicated that it had morphed through a couple of sessions, at least one version did not pass in 2005. I could not find clear history of any newer legislation. I need confirmation that the legislation in a newer form did not become law.

    Thank you.
