We need to borrow the Quality Standards for Investigations issued by the
President's Council on Integrity and Efficiency, September 1997.
I have located the December 2003 version online, but not the 1997
version. It is not on the Council's website, and does not appear in
WorldCat.
We will be happy to pay any costs to borrow this.
