Hi
Would anyone know of a service that we could hire to conduct Oklahoma
legislative history research for us, e.g., obtain copies of committee
reports?
This Oklahoma Libraries page
<http://www.odl.state.ok.us/lawinfo/billinfo.htm> provides the
following remark: "Official legislative intent is rare. Committee
reports, minutes, and hearings are not published." Even though
committee reports are not published, is it possible to obtain them?
Thank you!
