    Please excuse cross-posting.

Is there anyone on these Lists knowledgeable in the field of Czech
laws relating to wills and estates ? I am interested in finding out
whether Czech law permits the challenging of a will on the ground that
it has failed to make adequate provision for a person to whom the
testator owed a duty to make provision. In the common-law world such
laws are generally known as "Testator Family Maintenance" laws and
they certainly exist, for example, in Australia, New Zealand, UK and
Canada. But I have absolutely no idea whether any such laws exist in
the Czech Republic. I would be extremely grateful for any information
or relevant links. Many thanks in advance.
