Greetings,
Is there an EDGAR type of database where I can find filings for
Australian companies? I am looking for the text of specific filing for
an Australian company. This information is not on Westlaw nor on
Lexis. The Australian Securities and Investment Commission web site
has a list of the filings but I don't see how to get to the actual
documents without going through the listed broker. Is this the only
way? Thanks for any help you can offer.
