Of course, I need French decrees not degrees. That should teach me to proof read! Sorry for the inconvenience.

We need the decrees in English -- we already have the French versions.

Subject: Source for French Decrees
We need several French degrees for one of our attorneys. An example is Decree No. 2003-196 of March 7, 2003. Could someone suggest the best way of getting copies?
Thanks in advance.
Barbara
