Today, the Chicago City Clerk announced that the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council are now electronically available on the City Clerk's web site back to 1981 and searchable. In addition to the Council Journals, the Annual Appropriation Ordinances are also now available back to 1981 and Mayoral executive orders are available back to the mid 1970s on the City Clerk's web site.
