    There is a recent case involving Serenex and a Chinese drug company. There was a ruling in November that the employee was guilty of passing trade secrets and a very recent order awarding damages. I tried Westlaw trial orders, Wake County Court web site, Serenex / Pfizer web sites, BNA PTCJ. Does anyone know where I can get these decisions, especially the award of damages?
    A Wake County judge has awarded $57.5 million to a Durham drug development company [Serenex] that had accused a former employee of stealing trade secrets and passing them on to Chinese drug companies.
