Hello,
I have been talking to Timothy Hagedorn of Thomson Reuters about the
need for a 50 State Survey of court rules especially in regards to
whether a court will allow unpublished opinions. He was interested in
the idea but wanted to know how much a 50 State survey like this would
be used. So now, I am asking anyone who thinks that they would use a
50 state survey of court rules on unpublished opinions to email me a
quick note so that I can get a rough count to send to him.
I will not use any names or firms unless you want me to include them.
Thanks,
Sarah B. Martin
