Good morning -
According to one of my paralegals, Iberville Parish in Louisiana is
still 100% without power from Hurricane Gustav. She needs some court
documents from the 18th Judicial District Court, and understandably, has
been unable to reach anyone in the clerk's office. She contacted me
about the possibility that original complaints and answer would be
available somewhere online. If anyone can point me to a source, I would
be grateful. Lexis/Courtlink and Westlaw do not have these and neither
does Courthouse News Service (which might have been able to at least
supply the complaints).
Best regards,
Wendy
