I am in need of an article in the Bloomberg Law Reports. The cite is Benefits of Being a Delaware Company and Recent Developments in the Governance of LLCs, vol. 2, No. 33 of the Bloomberg Law Reports (August 18, 2008). One of the authors is Francis X.
