Looking for "recent" US decision on ULO (used lubricating oil) as per
the following:
During a recent court case in the US, it was found that the addition
of ULO to a fuel was not sufficient reason to reject the fuel. The
judgement said that fuel oil containing a blend of 5% or less ULO does
not, in itself, violate ISO 8217 provided that the fuel/lub oil blend
materially meets all of the technical specifications listed in table
two of ISO 8217.
