Subject: Understanding Intellectual Property Law, by Donald S. Chisum and Michael A. Jacobs

Hello. We have the 1995 (yes, that's 1995, not 2005) reprint of the 1992 edition of this title. I know that there's also a 1998 edition, possibly also a reprint. If someone has the 1998 edition -- or anything later than the 1995 reprint -- could you let me know? And if it's a reprint, please tell me whether it's simply a reprint of the 1992 edition, or of a later one?

I've contacted the publisher, Matthew Bender/LexisNexis. But I don't get a clear answer from them of what their actual newest non-reprint edition is. (They've actually discontinued the title, until January 2010, when it will be published with a different editor/author, Mary LaFrance, they tell me.)

I've tried online/used booksellers, too. But all the ones that I've contacted that list the 1998 edition (and later ones) have wound up having to correct the copyright/publication years of their copies after checking them more closely.

I'd appreciate any information anyone has. Thanks.

    Yashmyn
