The Alameda Superior Court has a very UN-friendly website for
locating case information, IMHO. The information is there so let me
take you screen by screen.
1) Log onto the court's website at
http://www.alameda.courts.ca.gov/courts/
2) Click on DomainWeb: Access to General Civil, Family ....
3) Click on "Case Summary" link in the middle of the webpage
4) Enter the case number. You MUST capitalize the "RG" and you MUST
eliminate the dash, e.g. RG03121510. Click Submit.
5) You are not there yet. You are on the "General Information"
webpage. Click on "Register of Actions" in the left margin to get a
list of docket entries. If you scroll down to the entry for 7/28, you
will see "Statement of Decision Issued." Click on one of the image
links to the right to pull up the document. Unfortunately, It comes up
as a separate link for each page. Let me know if you figure out a way
to print out the whole decision with one click -- I haven't been able to
figure that one out yet.

I searched the court website for the preliminary ruling in the case,
Ayyad v Sprint Spectrum, L.P., No. RG03-121510, issued by Judge Bonnie
Sabraw around July 25 or July 28, I believe. The court's website stated
the information was not found or is not available for viewing at this
time. If you have this ruling or know how I may obtain a copy, please
let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, in
