    Hi All,

I am looking for a document I seem to remember seeing some time in the past
that uses the Competencies of Law Librarianship (
http://www.aallnet.org/prodev/competencies.asp) and provides a framework for
evaluating whether a librarians is qualified either as entry level,
competent, or an expert in each of the individual competencies (these
categories may vary in title - but it seems there were three).

I remember this document as being about 50 - 75 pages. It seems like I only
saw it in paper - and maybe in a draft form. It made a huge impressison on
me - but, not enough to keep track of it. And now, I cant seem to find it
anywhere (hopefully not a statement on my competency or age/memory?)

If anyone knows of this document, or where I might find it - I would
    appreciate any leads.
