I have 2 sets of this 3 volume treatise, published in 2004 by the ABA Section of Business Law. The editors are John J. Huber, Stanley Keller, Vasilike Tsaganos and Jonathan Wolfman. Both sets (in 2 separate offices) are missing Vol. 2, Chapter 6 titled "Improper Influence on Audits", which starts at page III-6-1.

If anyone has this treatise, could you look to see if you have this section?
