Please excuse any duplication and cross-posting. This message is being
posted for my colleague, Stephanie Noble. Please reply to me off-list and
I will forward your responses. Thanks!

    *********

I'm interested to hear about peoples' experiences with either the KIC II or
the Bookeye WalkUp Scan Station. It's our understanding that both systems
use the Bookeye Scanner, but that it is the software for these systems that
is different. Four questions in particular that I'd like to have answered:

    1. What made your organization choose one of these systems over the other?

    2. How long have you had the system installed?

    3. How would you rate customer service? In particular the installment
    process, training and troubleshooting?

    4. What has been your patrons' response to the system?

    Thanks very much,

    Stephanie Noble
