I am looking for a used copy of McCarthy on Trademarks - Is this a
lost cause these days? Would this be a title listed on the Needs and
Offers list?

The Exchange of Duplicates will continue but not until the Spring of
2009. I'll be doing the work of Bonnie Geldmacher. We are waiting for a
contract to be drawn before proceeding. The website information has not
been updated yet on the website but will be once the contract is
completed. Thank you for your patience.
I prefer to have the Exchange annually, especially as I get used to the
process but please send me you thoughts on how often you wish to have
the Exchange or upon anything else.
