The SEC website has moved this information-- Telephone Interpretations
are continued in Compliance and Disclosure Interpretations section of
the SEC located at http://www.sec.gov/divisions/corpfin/cfguidance.shtml
And the CCH Internet Research Network / Federal Securities has it.

Does anyone know how I can locate an April 2007 update to the SEC Telephone Interpretations Manual or if one was actually published? The SEC website does not have anything that current, nor does Lexis (it goes up to 2004). My attorney read something in a reliable source that referenced an April 2, 2007 update but we can't find it.
