Hello!
I'm wondering if any of you have current (recorded in the last 18 months)
videotapes or DVDs of continuing legal education programs approved by a
state CLE monitoring agency. And if you do have them, would you be
willing to loan them?
We're trying to get a CLE program underway for attorneys working in the
judiciary. We've tried to borrow from our local public and law school
libraries, however they tend to purchase audio CDs because they're less
expensive than the videotapes and DVDs. Of course, audio-only won't work
well for presentation purposes so our goal is to borrow programs with a
video component to keep our attorneys engaged and interested during the
presentations. We have considered purchasing our own materials, but that
is not feasible for an on-going program.
I realize that many of you work in states where CLE is not required, and
also that you might have CLE programs which were originally produced for
attorneys outside your state. The programs can be from states other than
Florida as the Florida Bar has said it will accept viewing of
presentations approved by other state CLE monitoring agencies.
We would appreciate any and all loans, and promise timely return of
materials.
TIA,
Kelly
