Do you know of any local, state or national organizations that support DA's
and/or law libraries? Some associations and organizations provide grants.
Have you investigated the possibility that commercial vendors may support
your work using their technology as a way to develop a model program that
can further support their marketing and sales? Small or emerging companies
may bite on something like this though as mentioned above, it's a long shot.
