    This group has always been most gracious and helpful. I'm hoping you'll be
    able to help again.

    We have been asked to track down the original Executive Order that President
    George H.W. Bush signed in 1990 (maybe in June) regarding offshore drilling.
    It seems President Clinton extended this order in 1998, but we have been
    unsuccessful in tracking down the order from 1990 (or 98, for that matter).
    We have tried archives.gov and USCCAN. We've also seen it referenced as a
    Presidential Directive.
