Does anyone out there have a copy of "30 Bureau of Indian Affairs Manual, Supplement 1 (30 BIAM Supplement 1)" that you would be willing to send to me? It should have something to do with NEPA and is maybe about 50 pages. A print copy would suffice but a .pdf would be a bonus.
