Hello,
I've been asked by one of our attorneys to check into subscribing to
Carilaw which is a database of organisation of Commonwealth Carribean
statutes and cases, http://carilaw.cavehill.uwi.edu/. Unfortunately,
the website does not contain any information re the cost of a
subscription.
I've sent several emails to the contacts on the webpage and received no
response. I've also attempted calling the University and Law Library
but only get busy signals.
Specifically, we are interested in getting case law from the Cayman
Islands courts which are not available on Lexis or Westlaw.
My questions are the following: Does anybody subscribe to this database
and know the cost of a subscription? If so do you have a contact I can
contact? Alternatively, do you know of another resource for Cayman
Island case law?
Best Regards,
Brian K Boyle
