Subject: [LAW-LIB:56104] Australian Securities documents
Hello to all of you who didn't go to AALL.
Would anyone happen to know if the Australian Securities and Investments
Commission makes documents available to the public similar to the SEC
website or EDGAR. For example, I am looking for a purchase agreement for a
particular company. I found this company's list of documents on the ASIC
website but they only have notices of acquisition, not the actual agreement.
Does Australia make such public companies documents available to the public?
If so, are they online or do you have to go through a third party to obtain
them?
Thanks.
