From the responses I received (six [6] total), Mealey's was slightly more popular than Andrews Asbestos Litigation Reporter; but both appeared to be well-respected.
COLUMNS-Asbestos News Update was given a trial by one respondent, but they did not subscribe. They preferred Andrews.
Lloyd's Asbestos Litigation Reporter, by Beard Group, was mentioned.

Subject: Recommended Requested; Asbestos Litigation Report / Newsletter
With AALL about to start, this might not be the best time to ask for help; but here's what I need, if you can advise:
We are preparing to subscribe to a newsletter-type publication in order to be able to keep up with trends and events in asbestos litigation around the county.
I am aware of the COLUMNS-Asbestos News Update from HarrisMartin Publishing and also Mealey's Litigation Report: Asbestos.
In view of our stated need (in line two, above), which would serve us better?
Are there any other, similar-type publications that would be even better?
Price is not necessarily a concern.
I have probably left details relevant to a good decision unaddressed in this message, but at this point I don't know enough to ask anything further.
With that in mind, if you can advise; I would appreciate it.
