Does anyone have the article by Blanchard titled "Discharge of
Nonrecourse Debt: A Reexamination of the Distinction between Recourse
and Nonrecourse Debt and Related Issues." 50 Tax Notes 773 (Feb. 18,
1991).
We can't find it on Wexis or Hein, and our local law school doesn't have
it.
