We seek to know whether any database, article or other entity exists
which lists all state constitutional rights provisions which reflect
federal Bill of Rights provisions, and tracks how they have evolved over
time. One of our faculty members covered the state constitutional
right-to-bear arms provisions, both current and past, in an article
    published at:
    http://www.trolp.org/main_pgs/issues/v11n1/Volokh.pdf

Has anything similar or more comprehensive been published or put on a
web site that covers all the rights?

Thank you for any information or leads.
