    Please excuse cross-posting.

A big "Thank You" to all those most helpful people on both Lists who
responded to my recent postings on the above topics. You will,
hopefully, be pleased to hear that my travel agent has now agreed to
pay me reasonable compensation for my pecuniary losses, frustration
etc. arising out of his negligent failure to properly advise me as to
Kazakhstan's visa requirements, which delayed and messed up my
proposed departure to Russia from that country. The articles,
references and case-law that you sent me proved extremely useful in
eventually convincing him that the law was, indeed, in my favour, And
I am greatly indebted to all of you who helped me.
    You are great !
