I've been asked to investigate the background for a pending
lawsuit filed against Brown University by a faculty member over tenure
denial / discrimination. That is the total extent of the information I
have to work with. A news search and a check of the archives of the
Chronicle of Higher Education turned up nothing. This ring a bell with
anybody? Thanks.
