I am hoping someone might be able to help. I have done a search on line
in Caldwell's Kentucky Form Book - but perhaps missed it. It is outside
of our contract and expensive. I am trying to locate a Hold-Harmless or
Indemnity agreement under Kentucky law. Any suggestions?
