Thanks to Brian Flaherty, Stephanie Midkiff and Judi Bikel (and anyone
else I may have unintentionally omitted). Here are three useful
pathfinders on Indian gaming, one compiled by a student and two by
    libraries:

Subject: [LAW-LIB:55772] Recommendations re Indian gaming treatises?

I need to purchase a treatise on this subject and know nothing about the
    subject.

Svengalis recommends Mason's "Indian Gaming: Tribal Sovereignty and
American Politics," (2000) and notes that it is available on Amazon.
When I went to Amazon for that title, several other Indian gaming books
turned up, most with more recent publication dates.

Anyone have a title they would recommend on this subject?
