    Various sources have been searched on this question and I am stumped. I am hoping there is a simple answer to this that I am missing on a late Friday afternoon.
     
    Does an employer have to pay for time spent at pre-employment testing?
     
    I don't have specifics about the type of testing that is the issue. We do have numerous items defining what and when an employee is an employee but they don't seem to get at the issue.
     
    Searched cases, state employment handbooks, MB's Employment Screen, and a few other items.
     
    Suggestions are welcome!
