Hello,
Does anyone know where I can find a sample policy regarding the use
of Blackberries/PDAs by nonexempt employees? I'm looking at this from the
standpoint of overtime pay. So far, I have searched Lexis, West, and BNA's
Human Resource Library and Labor and Employment Law Library. In the course of
the research, I've found several articles saying that companies need to have
a policy in place to avoid costly overtime suits, but I have yet to find a
example.
