    Hello Everyone,

I am looking for information on the admissibility of unpublished
opinions in the trial courts. I am aware that the US Appellate Courts
have allowed it across the board in the Federal Rules of Appellate
Procedure 32.1. My question is are unpublished opinions allowed now
    in the lower courts?

    Thanks,
