Would a colleague with access to unreported California cases please send
me a copy of the following?

People v. Congious, No. B0202709 (Cal. Ct. App. Dec. 4, 1987)). It's
frequently cited in the law reviews - prosecutorial misconduct - but not
available full text.

I've tried westlaw, lexis, aba/bna manual on professional conduct, and
others. Any assistance would be appreciated.
