         Colleagues --

            It was reported last week
    (http://www.law.com/jsp/legaltechnology/pubArticleLT.jsp?id=120242171778
    5) that several documents filed with the court as part of the class
action suit against General Electric by GE attorney Lorene Schaefer were
fully accessible on PACER, even though portions had been blacked out.
The case was filed in New Haven federal district court on 5/31/2007,
    3:07-cv-00858-PCD, Schaefer v. General Electric.

Is anyone aware which of the many filed documents were affected?
I'd like to see this for myself if PACER has not yet corrected the
    situation. Thanks.

         Byron
