Hello. I have a cite in an opinion to a prior edition of Balotti. I am
trying, if possible, to get the pages as of the exact supplement
indicated, though a slightly later version of the section might also be
helpful.
I know that 2A of the second edition of Balotti was later broken out as
a separate treatise, Lubaroff & Altman on Delaware Limited Partnerships.
