Just wanted to thank the MANY people who responded yesterday to my
request for info about the Florida Style Manual. I really appreciate
everyone on this list taking time to help me - again and again!
Meanwhile, although many people responded that they do use the 1997
edition, there is s a 2003 Sixth edition that can be found in the Spring
2003 issue (Volume 30) following page 552. Not sure why it is not at the
FSU site, but I found it on Hein Online at the suggestion of Kathy
Carlson at the Wyoming State Law Library.
Also, Stephanie Midkiff from John E. Jaqua Law Library said she believes
there is a 2005 edition also, but I just went with the 2003 version.
Thanks again to everyone!
Jess

Subject: [LAW-LIB:55681] Florida Style Manual
Hello! Hoping a Florida law librarian (or anyone else "in the know")
can advise me here - a law student is looking to publish in the Florida
Coastal Review, which claims to
"generally follow the rules of citations in the Seventeenth edition of
The Bluebook, a Uniform System of Citation, published by the Harvard Law
Review Association, and the Florida Style Manual, published by The
Florida State University Law Review."
I found this 1997 edition online, but I wonder if that is the most
recent version?
