My thanks to the many folks who answered this question. Volume 6A of
Uniform Laws Annotated has the complete text of all the relevant Acts
and I was able to borrow a copy locally.
Some of you suggested various internet resources, but I needed the
    annotated version.

Here are some of the other resources suggested:

RULPA is published in the 2008 softcover volume to the set Bromberg and
Ribstein on Limited Liability Partnerships, The Revised Uniform
Partnership Act and The Uniforma Limited Partnership Act (2001),
published by Aspen Publishers. According to this treatise: "currently
34 jurisdictions have adopted to some extent the Revised Partnership Act
(RULPA). It has become the new statutory law of partnership and the
basis for future case law in the field."

A chart of the states that have adopted all or part of the RULPA with
citations to the relevant codes sections from each jurisdiction is in
Chapter 8 of the above title. The corresponding annotated code of each
state should provide you with reported cases annotating the RULPA for
    that jurisdiction.

A history of the evolution of the RULPA may be found in Hillman on
Lawyer Mobility also published by Aspen in Appendix B.
