Our Restatements are a mess. There's multiple editions, supplemental
volumes, pocket parts that appear to supplement multiple volumes
spanning multiple editions, subjects that appear in one edition but not
in another. On the one hand, we want to organize first by edition, then
by subject. But on the other hand it seems to make more sense to sort
first by subject, then by edition, so that (for example) all the Agency
volumes are together.
So: how do you shelf them?
