Colleagues,
My firm has been approached by Chase Cost Management, http://www.ccmchase.com. The company does consulting to save firms money for supplies and on online research contracts. I'm unclear of the process, at this point, except that I know they request lots of records including copies of actual Lexis/Nexis and Westlaw contracts. Their commission is 30 to 50% of the savings and it's necessary to contract with them for two years.
Has any librarian or firm dealt with Chase Cost Management?
Thanks in advance.
Barbara
