Please forgive any duplication due to cross-posting.

Would anyone have the GRUR-RR in their collection? GRUR-RR stands for
    Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht, Rechtsprechungs-Report

    The cite I have is GRUR-RR 2007, 177

I can see from the website of this publication the Table of Contents for
the issue containing the item I'm seeking, but I'm having a hard time
identifying a library that might actually have this title and this
    particular issue.

On a separate note, I'm trying to locate a German decision, but the only
    citation I have is

    InstGE 7, 70

I've been told that InstGE stands for Instanzgerichte and that the case
    should have the name Videosignal-Codierung

Would anyone know of a source for obtaining a copy of the case?

Thanks for any and all suggestions.
