I received several requests to post the answers I received. More requests than actual responses, I'm afraid. Apparently AudioCaseFiles is not widely held (only 9 OCLC holdings so far). But the one answer from a current subscriber was very pleased. She forwarded download statistics from the database, which were more than I would have predicted. This is for the audio only, but she reported almost 1800 downloads, or an average of 15 per registered user. Which isn't bad. Since you can get the audio without the video for a much more reasonable price, I think that's the way we'll go, if we take this step at all.
